To assist you with your planning, following are some logistical details.
Conference agenda
Delegates will receive an agenda in January. However, please note that the conference consists of a welcome reception at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday 27th, followed by two full days of conference sessions. There will also be conference dinners on the evenings of the 28th and 29th January. Please note that the leadership conference is an employee only event and attendance at conference events and evening dinners is mandatory for all delegates.
Airport transfers and taxi fares
Delegates are requested to arrange their own airport transfers and claim expenses through the usual ICON internal expense claims process.
All expenses are to be charged to delegate’s own cost centre.
Hotel accommodation
Accommodation has been arranged at The Marker Hotel for all conference delegates. The hotel will endeavour to organise early check-ins for delegates arriving prior to the hotel’s official check-in time (3pm).
Accommodation on the nights of 27th, 28th and 29th January are covered by the conference. All meals during these dates will also be covered by the conference. Any other business-related expenses not covered by the conference should be settled by the delegate with reimbursement through the usual ICON internal expense claims process.
